Fast, Reliable Delivery from Gardenine

Our goal is to promptly fulfill and ship your order to keep you satisfied. In-stock items ordered on our website by 8am EST will go out the same day. Orders after 8am ship the next business day.

Live products like beneficial insects ship separately per individual product timelines. Please see specific item pages for those shipment schedules.

We utilize major carriers like FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, USPS Priority Mail and more to ship items Monday-Friday to the 48 contiguous states. If your product dimensions incur extra fees, we may contact you to confirm any adjustments.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with carrier tracking so you can follow its progress to your door. You can also find tracking updates under My Orders when signed into your account.

Please note tracking is not available for USPS packages. Also be aware that carriers do not deliver on major holidays listed below:

Delivery En Route

On occasion, the tracking notification gets sent before the package starts moving within the carrier’s network. If you receive a “tracking number not found” message, check back in a few hours for updated scans and status.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We reuse boxes and packing materials to minimize waste. So don’t be surprised if your items arrive in our recycled shipping materials. They’ll still be in good condition.
