Returns and Exchanges Policy

We stand behind all products sold on our site. If you are not completely happy with an item for any reason, you may return or exchange it for a full refund. No need to have your receipt – we keep records of all online purchases.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

If an order arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong product entirely, we also provide free return shipping. In other cases, the customer covers return shipping costs.

For reliable tracking, we recommend using UPS, FedEx or other carriers with tracking capabilities. Gardenine is not liable for lost or damaged returns without proof of delivery.

Once received and inspected by our team (usually within 48 hours), we will issue your refund.

Exchanging Items

For the quickest service, call 1-706-986-0671 to request an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement item right away. We’ll initially charge you for the new purchase but once we get your original item back, we’ll credit you accordingly.
