Placing an Order at Gardenine

Online Ordering

We offer secure online checkout through our website. Simply add items to your cart and enter shipping and payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking info once shipped.

Phone Orders

Call 1-706-986-0671 (9am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri) to order by phone. We’re happy to take your order over the phone and answer any questions.

Mail Orders

Print your online cart’s payment page and mail with chosen payment method to: Gardenine, 24816 145TH LN SE KENT, WA 98042-3406

Please allow 7-10 days for processing mail orders.

Speedy Shipping In-stock online orders placed by 8am EST ship same day. Orders after 8am ship next business day. Live shipments and high volume times may have slight delays.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow your package’s progress. Shipping time starts after your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Shipments

Tracking numbers allow you to track the status of your shipment after it leaves our facility until delivery. Tracking is not available for US Mail packages.

Once your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent with the order details and a tracking number. You may also Track Your Order by accessing your gardenine.com account and viewing the order status and tracking information.

Live Shipments
Live products like beneficial insects are shipped separately from regular items. See individual product pages for live shipment schedules.

Packaging & Recycling

We reuse boxes and packing materials to reduce waste whenever possible.
